La Maison de Manfred

A few floors above La Cuisine de Rose, La Maison de Manfred extends its universe to the 9th floor. A dining room designed by Philippe Starck in which we find intuitive, traveling cuisine, made of meticulous dishes to share and seasonal products.
At the Manfred Bar, signature cocktails extend the experience in a spirit of alchemy and invention.

A restaurant for those who love views that inspire, plates that tell stories, and evenings that are out of the box.

Holiday menu at Maison Heler

In December, Maison Heler slips the magic of the holidays into two houses that respond to each other; La Cuisine de Rose, a chic brasserie with a tender heart, and La Maison de Manfred, intuitive cuisine with flavors from elsewhere.

Two sensitivities, the same menu.

Dishes that warm, that bring people together, that tell the story of winter without noise — just with taste.

From Monday to Sunday, noon and evening, a simple and beautiful moment, designed to meet around a cuisine that feels good.

A break where December takes on a new look, soft and slightly quirky, like everything that lives under the roof of Maison Heler Metz.

A heartwarming New Year's Eve

Rose's Eve

On December 31, Rose invites you into her kitchen — a place where tenderness has style and where each dish takes care of you, with attention and softness.

Its exclusive menu at €90 is inspired by the noble products that we like to share on the evenings that matter: comforting, precise, French cuisine full of joy.

From 19:30 p.m., live music, chic atmosphere, warm lights... time slows down slightly before tipping over to 2026.

A New Year's Eve designed for those who like to start the year in an elegant cocoon, surrounded by loved ones.

Tuesday, December 31 — By reservation only.

How to come

Maison Heler Metz — A dream signed by Philippe Starck

Designed by Philippe Starck, Maison Heler Metz is a hotel born from a dream: that of a Lorraine house perched on a black monolith, floating between heaven and earth. Inspired by the story The Minute Life of Manfred Heler, this extraordinary place combines poetry, design and contemporary hospitality.

In the heart of the Amphitheater district, a stone's throw from the Pompidou-Metz Center, the hotel offers 104 rooms and suites, designed as cocoons of inspiration and emotion. Each space extends the universe of Manfred Heler in a refined staging where matter, light and the imaginary interact harmoniously.

Two iconic restaurants punctuate the experience: La Cuisine de Rose, a chic and romantic brasserie overlooking the garden, and La Maison de Manfred, a restaurant perched on the ninth floor, offering a spectacular view of Metz. The bars in Rose and Manfred, for their part, celebrate the art of cocktails as a tribute to creativity and sharing.

Between art and emotion, Maison Heler Metz is much more than a hotel: a living work, an invitation to dream awake.
